Excellent hotel for weekend away in Herceg-Novi

Fantastic location just above the Lazure Marina and well worth the balcony upgrade. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds (welcome bottles water / fridge), excellent buffet breakfast and very helpful staff. Easy walk along promenade to the old town. Only here for a weekend but would return and choose the same hotel.

A wonderful stay - we recommend this hotel highly. Beautiful and quiet boutique hotel. Staff were amazing - all are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and immaculately clean, with stunning views of the marina. The buffet breakfast is excellent - huge choice of hot, cold and local dishes. Cakes were fantastic! Great restaurants locally, and lovely walk to the Old Town. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Staff were excellent. Very helpful. Hotel is a little way out of Herzeg Novi but a nice walk along shore to get there. Hotel has a sister hotel where you can use sunbathing area. Breakfast was v good.

Our family enjoyed a 2 week holiday at Kredo. The hotel was fantastic, close to restaurants, the beaches and lots of facilities. Breakfast was varied and delicious. However what really made the experience was the staff, everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and kind! They make you feel more than welcome, go above and beyond to help you and are so fun with children. Highly recommend and we will definitely return!

Lovely stay, perfect for relaxing. Only breakfast available but lots of options nearby to eat at variety of prices. The area is obviously on the up with new development next door. It is a walk to Herceg Novi and there isn’t a great deal there. Please add more electric sockets to your rooms Kredo!

Friendly hotel in perfect location

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the personal and friendly service at Hotel Kredo was second to none. The rooms were very spacious, breakfasts were lovely with a huge selection and the views across the bay were stunning. There was a good choice of restaurants along the promenade towards Herceg Novi and around the Lazure development. It was great we could use the beach at Hotel Perla with free sunbeds, parasols and towels. There's also a good range of trips which the team on reception organised for us.

Recommended, great facilities and service

Excellent small hotel. It has everything you could need, with excellent service. We had a room with sea view, and superb it was. Large room with sofa, so plenty of space. You are allowed to use the beach facilities at their sister hotel, Hotel Perla, free of charge. This is about 400m away. This is bigger and busier, but plenty of sunbeds available and drinks service is excellent - main guy is a real character. Kredo is about one mile from village centre, but has all the top restaurants nearby and a number of others on the walk to the village (flat promenade). Pity the bar and restaurant are not used much, as that would have given the guests somewhere to congregate after the day's activity. Family resort really.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Hotel Kredo in Herceg Novi, Montenegro, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is simply superb, situated right by the sea with a picturesque view of the beautiful Marina. The proximity to the sea added a touch of serenity to my stay, allowing me to enjoy the calming sound of the waves and the stunning views of the marina. The convenience of being so close to the water made my mornings and evenings truly special. In addition to the fantastic location, the hotel's amenities and services were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the charming town of Herceg Novi. The staff at boutique hotel Kredo were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at Boutique Hotel Kredo was nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Herceg Novi. I will definitely be returning to Boutique Hotel Kredo on my next visit to Montenegro.

Positives Nice hotel on the outskirts of Herceg Novi. Our suite was pleasant with a comfortable bed, comprehensive bathroom, nice lounge area and an outside deck with table and chairs overlooking the ocean. Staff were exceptional - friendly and professional. Negatives While the choice of foods at breakfast was excellent, the coffee machine was just awful, pumping out pre-made brown tasteless liquid. It’s appalling that a 4* hotel doesn’t have an automatic coffee machine that uses freshly ground coffee or have a real coffee machine available to customers. Another issue we had with breakfast was that staff had left the doors open to the outside and as a result flies were hanging around and landing on the food. It was really off-putting. Neutrals While Kredo has a nice deck with a small shallow swimming pool, to go for a swim in the sea at no cost, you need to walk 750m (the hotel says 500m, but we measured it on our Apple Watch) to their sister hotel - Hotel Perla. The platform there was large with lots of deck chairs and umbrellas and there’s a bar and restaurant area. Kredo is located a good 30 minute walk along the seaside boardwalk from the centre of Herceg Novi, which is great if you are up for the walk, but it’s not positioned in a central location. Fortunately, a taxi into the centre only cost three euros. I assume the return cost is similar (we walked it).
