"Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning (AC) did not work so the room was too hot to have a good sleep. Went to front desk twice and they “reprogrammed” the remote and told me to be patient with the AC. I was patient until the morning and the AC still didn’t work. "

"I was really pleasantly surprised by this place. Was better than the photos and felt very safe and comfortable staying here before my early morning ferry. Easy walk to the port, even with luggage and was easy to find from the airport. Would stay here again if I ever needed a stopover close to the port."

"The staff, especially Sylvia, was friendly and helpful. She gave good recommendations for restaurants. She also helped to arrange for a good tour and the taxi for leaving by the port. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the pedestrian ways in the city enter, albeit uphill. Of course, that means it is downhill back to the hotel.😄"

"Terrible don’t stay here. Beds are as hard as a rock it’s loud till 2 am from a near by night club and planes flyover head all night long. Didn’t have breakfast as we had to check out early. Coffee machine had to be moved to plug in. Shower is extremely dark. Floors had a lot of water damage. I would not stay here again. "
