The hotel was great, the room was fantastic and the staff were exceptional especially Jessica and Petros. They were so kind and helpful. From helping with food orders to getting around the city, they were so nice. The room was wonderful and the shower was perfect. Large with a rain head shower. We would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel looks great, but sleeping is not easy because neighbor dog bark for the half of the night. The rest really good. Beautiful room and comfortable bed, clean bathroom and good shower pressure. Overpowering smell of cleaning products when you enter the room.

The staff was very helpful, especially Petras. We locked ourselves out by mistake and he came to our rescue right away. Our car and our room felt very safe. The room was beautiful, appeared to be newly renovated and very clean. The breakfast was great, fresh and a lot of variety to choose from. We highly recommend. It was a little further from Heraklion then we were expecting but feel like that’s a good thing. A lot quieter nicer.

Let me start by saying Irini, Peter, and Yanis are amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. I only had one issue and Peter helped me with it immediately. I would highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture.

The only thing really lacking was the location. The cafe is very small with limited choices. One needs to take a bus or taxi into town. The taxi ride is about 10 mins and costs Eur 10. The bus is Eur 1. But the rooms are spacious and nice.

My family and I had an incredible short stay (1 night) at this hotel. The after hours check in was super easy with the door pass codes. The staff were super friendly and helpful the following day. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and we loved the shower except for the privacy. My daughters had their own room and was a good thing because the showers offered no privacy in the room. This was not a big deal for my wife and I in our room, and my daughters figured it out in their own room. I would absolutely stay here again and in fact for a longer period. Thanks for great stay.
