Henza hotel rooms a the Independent

"The rooms were spacious and clean but there was a musty smell in the resort that we couldn't get past. We requested air purifiers for our room but when we would return after a day out, the smell was very noticeable. The staff and amenities were great, there was one heated pool which was amazing! The breakfast buffet had everything from breakfast to lunch to dessert items, it was great! The resort itself was awesome, we just wouldn't stay again due to the smell."

"The photos made the property look much nicer than they were. We were expecting to be able to park here but the clearance was so low that if you have anything other than a Sudan it will not fit, causing stress for us searching around the city for parking"

"No central AC. If your room is not cold enough you gotta call the staff so they can change the AC temperature of the WHOLE hotel. Not coming back. "

If I may offer some suggestions to make the stay even better: the room would benefit from a chair with back support, as the sofa is a bit too low and deep for resting properly. Additionally, the pillows aren't quite comfortable for me—one feels too low while the other is too high, which made it difficult to rest well."
