People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before - No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person. - Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception...

"5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. "

"Very bad experience! All rooms smelly, water leaking into the rooms, no clean towels, bathroom wires were open. Worst experience i ever had in my life. I booked for 2 days but i checked out on first day only because of these hell of experience. So requested refund for my 2nd day."

"It was clean, close to Radhanagar beach, close to the night market, there was a local bus that went straight to the jetty, and the room was spacious and everything was good."

"Prices of food and beverages.. exorbitant… Breakfast… very poor… and disorganised…the client composition not compatible with the room prices… client profile needs improvement… to make the facility more up market niche… if that is the management objective… prices indicate the clients will be more up market but on ground that’s not so.."
