"I had to call to get information about the airport shuttle. The staff was nice when I arrived. I was able to be checked in quickly and checked out quickly as well. cleaning service came regularly. It’s very obvious that the hotel was renovated. They worked very hard to keep it clean however the entire hotel especially the hallways has a cigarette smell."

"It’s only five minutes from the airport, but it’s basically being used as a homeless shelter by people and families. It’s kind of rundown and there’s a lot of young men hanging around in the hallways at night time. Some people in the lobby were obviously strung out."

"Our room was very dull smelling, AC unit did not work well, it never cooled down our room and made it feel very moist inside as well as turned off by itself randomly. Plenty of parking."
