Henry hotel rooms a the Independent

"Ok"

"The room was as shown in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The Motel though was decrepit on the outside. No one in reception. they had to make a photocopy of my driver's license to let me in. NO water glass or cup in the room. Expedia totally misled on this booking."

"The room was clean and satisfactory. The hotel is in definite need of updating. I didn't try the elevator but the exterior door lock was broken, the halls were shabby. "

"Clean Room, very friendly staff, lots of breakfast options. Only complaint I guess I had was a VERY strong odor of either some kind of cleaning supply or the newer carpet. I, unfortunately, have a hyper sense of smell and strong odors can trigger headaches. Luckily I did not get one. If it was a cleaning supply, staff might want to consider future guests who also suffer from this"
