Nice building, secure parking, good size room and fair price but unfortunately the mattress smelt of urine, had a topper on and wasnt immediately obvious. Unfortunately ruined the stay.

Courtyard by Marriott Exeter Sandy Park
The breakfast was great, check in good, but no hairdryer. No bottled water. On floor 4 someone had left a dirty towel & a pillow in the corridor when I checked in at 4.45 pm yesterday. It was still there when I checked out at 8.30 this morning. Expect more for the price.

Wonderful place to stay although parking can be an issue and when its lovely weather and sat outside the bar closes at 10 and you're no where near another venue But overall excellent
