"I had a short but delightful stay at this hotel. I checked in early and was surprised that the receptionist at the front desk was able to get me in my room early. He was very kind, thoughtful and pleasant. The room was spacious and well equipped. I really liked the kitchenette. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast, it was plentiful and has varieties. I certainly will stay there again if I’m in that area. Well recommended . The hotel is very close to the airport, great choice if one has an early morning flight. Uber or taxi will cost between 12-15 pounds or the hotel hopper bus if one doesn’t have large luggage, because you’ll have to bring it on the bus yourself "

"On approach to the hotel, I was wondering if we had made good choice or not - outside looks a bit drab and in need of a makeover. The inside was awesome however - very posh. We upgraded and booked a suite with access to the VIP lounge. The suite was great, but the VIP lounge was disappointing. Limited food and beverages and furnishings of the lounge did not make us feel like VIPs. I would not pay extra again for this experience."

"This was my 4th stay at this hotel. It is convenient to Heathrow airport and bus service to the airport is just across the road. I plan on booking again in December."
