"Impossible to contact hotel-tried for over an hour before eventually getting through on a mobile. Restaurant closed. Have to book in via online system no more than 3 hours beforehand to get access to car park and room including govt approved documents-I was driving down from Manchester so impossible to do before arriving-expected to park on road to do so! MAJOR road! Customer service utterly useless/refused to pass me on to a manager! Online systems didn’t work for booking anyhow. Didn’t stay in the end ( total loss of confidence in hotel/staff/ systems etc.) went somewhere else. SHOCKING!"
