Room was spotless. Staff spoke English well and were polite, helpful and resourceful. The heated pool was fun and safe. There was a lifeguard on duty. The kids play area was enormous and filled with dress up, DIY area, and ball pool. My kids, 5 & 10 really liked it.

I had an ocean view room which was lovely. It was so calming to sit on the balcony in the morning and take in the ocean and mountain. Everything in the hotel was spotless and of very high quality.
