"You could tell this was a much older facility. There was a lot of peeling wallpaper dings in the Paint and weird ceiling stains. They couldn't even provide hand soap. Then instead of body wash, they gave bar soap. And instead of hand soap All they could give was face bar soap which is not even close ..."
