"Very friendly Staff. Lobby was very nicely designed and well kept. Fresh clean scent. Room was clean with a great view of the pretty courtyard snd mountains. Comfortable bed, TV, mini fridge and microwave. Older Hotel but very nice. Felt like we were in Switzerland as it is unique. A block away from the beach street was super nice and quiet. "

"The only thing I would suggest is that for older people of those with decreased mobility is that they are offered a room close to elevator. There are very few elevators and the place feels like a bit of a maze so it was a bit too much for my mum who is 89. I’m sure they would have changed our room but we were only there for a night and had unloaded before we realised we should have requested closer to elevator . Everyone was very helpful. Oh, one other thing….the evening buffet is not well advertised and no price shown . We went and it was wonderful , great value and great variety . "

"This hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds. It will become the hotel I go to in Chilliwack, BC from now on. The description said they include breakfast, but in fact only Saturdays and Sundays, not on weekdays. I hoped they had communicated that better. Knowing that, I still think it is a nice hotel."
