"Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. "

"This BnB was absolutely beautiful modern, clean, and incredibly spacious. The interior design was stylish and thoughtfully done, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The space had plenty of natural light and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"

"On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. "We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "We were warmly greeted, upgraded as they were not full, our room was modern, boutique, nice personal touches, we stayed on one of the hottest nights of the year and even with fans going the temperature didn’t go below 29’C in our room overnight! It was an oven! Nothing the management could’ve done more. The breakfast was absolutely spot on and we were allowed to leave our car until lunchtime in the car park which was so appreciated while we visited our daughter. Thank you so much, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, all the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. "

"We have stayed here twice now - and was more then pleased with everything on the first visit, on the second we had a room facing the car park and not the marina as last time, so that was a little bit disappointing. Also a gas pipe on the wall outside kept making noise thruout the night. "

"Fantastic little stay at this place. You can really see that they have put some thought into how they do things to make yiur stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable with fresh and clean bedsheets, the bathroom was clean with clean towels. The continental breakfast thatnis left in the room is a great odea. Simply pick up what you want, take it down to the dining area/kitchen area and prepare. I really enjoy it and will be back. For anyone who is interested, i am a youtuber and will be leaving a clip of my room and my thoughts on the Hamilton in one of my videos. My chanel is called 'tobe explores' "
