Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was beautiful both inside and out! The pool felt absolutely felt like a resort and the bar attached to it served great drinks! My only complaint about the hotel is the lack of valet or bellhops to help with luggage. "
"Overall good place. Clean (no carpet in room). Our kitchen was lightly stocked but the chairs were a little old. Biggest complaint was it was advertised as a pillowtop mattress. This was NOT true. Bed was very hard. "
"Really enjoyed the led illuminated palm trees in the inner courtyard/pool area. Got a great view of the city and the foothills of Mt. San Jacinto to the West of town from my 3rd floor balcony. It is right downtown."
"The property is very clean, everyone working at this property goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing!! The hotel is 5 minutes from downtown. The rooms are a nice size. Make sure to ask what your view is from the room when you are checking in. They have a nice coffee bar you can get breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Also a nice bar and restaurant you can do a sit down meal, has a beautiful outdoor patio with fireplaces as well. There is also a small sports bar at the front of the hotel. The pool is beautiful and has several covered sitting areas and Cabanas that are FREE!!! First come first serve. We had a very nice relaxing time here. Would highly recommend!! Would definitely stay here again!"
"Room wasn’t bad, but the bed definitely needs replacing. Area very sketchy. Was woke up up at 2:30am with people running by our door and then someone pounding on our door wanting in. Called the front desk to tell them there were issues. When we checked out we asked about it and the previous desk clerk didn’t even mention there were issues. The grounds were a homeless area."
