"I love visiting Helsingborg and this hotel is in a great location near the train and bus station in the heart of downtown. The staff is very friendly, breakfast has an incredible selection at a high quality, and the design and decor of the hotel is fabulous. I was disappointed, however, that there was no way to get to and from the hotel via ramp - there were only steps. The elevator also had issues. "Location right next to the ferry terminal so handy for my purposes. My 'sea view' wasn't quite as expected but I could see the sea. Furnishings and fittings a little outdated. Quite old-fashioned and small bathroom. Wi-Fi was fine and breakfast was plentiful. Parking would have been a big issue but I didn't have a car. Not sure I would stay again tbh "

"Nice, helpful staff from Reception to Housekeeping. I did enjoy staying here, but when I checked in, I was advised the room was ready. It became apparent that it wasn’t; basics like tea/coffee and toiletries had not been replaced from prior traveller. I also found some long black hair in between the mattresses, and it wasn’t mine. "Considering cost, location, and quality, this hotel deserves a 10 on a 10 point scale. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, cozy, and well decorated, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. The location is also very good. From the balcony in our room, we could see the Oresund, and it was just a short walk to the downtown area with all of its attractions, restaurants, and shops. We especially enjoyed the Landskrona Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We loved this hotel. It is definitely a bit quirky in its decor but it suited the surrounding area perfectly. The staff were all friendly and efficient, the evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied and was equal, if not better, to the breakfasts we ate in Copenhagen and Malmo. The restaurant was light, airy and with a stunning view of the harbour. Loved it!"
