Clarion See u disappointed

Nothing was good. We was prepared for a super nice stay. It started with 1 hour que to check in. There was so much people checking in and everyone was very angry and upset. I felt sorry for the lonely girl in the reception. But 1 hour to check in is terrible. When the hotel is fully booked the manager should have had more staff working. The room was not good cleaned and the breakfast was too crowded. We stayed at Clarion live in Malmö the day before and that was super nice.

El hotel esta muy bien y la zona hermosa. Lo negativo es que estacioné debajo del hotel , donde interprete que era parte del.mismo. Cuando me fui pague el estacionamiento, pero de todas maneras me hicieron una multa por no haber pagado previamente , nadie me lo aclaro y cuando le reclame al hotel me respondieron que la propiedad no era de ellos y que lo sentian mucho. Interprete que como la mayoria de los parking,/ hoteles cuando nos retiramos te calcula la estadia .Nadie me lo advirtió.

Helt Ok, men inte värt pengarna.

Generellt bra hotell men i dyraste laget för det man får. Tråkig lobby med känsla av ”telefonförsäljarbås” vid incheckning. Stora ytor som man skulle kunna göra mycket bättre. Taktersssen är också rätt tråkig inredningsmässigt, fattar att man inte kan ha hur mycket grejer på grund av blåsten, men här borde man verkligen lägga lite energi på att inreda, kändes mer som en rastgård hos kriminalvården än uteservering 😂 Frukosten KATASTROF. Dåligt flyt och fullt med disk överallt och då var det ändå inte så mycket folk…

Håll takbaren öppen någon timme till...

Överlag nöjd med hotellet. Det som var lite märkligt var att de stängde sin takterass (som var väldigt trevlig) redan klockan 22 en solig sommarkväll i Juli. Från klockan 21:30 kunde man inte beställa drinkar (GT) , endast bubbel eller öl. Hygglig frukost och bra hotellrum.

Väldigt smutsigt under sängen och i korridoren. När vi kom saknades badrumsartiklar. Det åtgärdades av en städerska som fanns i korridoren. Bra frukost.

Jag har haft ca 40 hotellnätter på ett halvår och detta är i särklass den sämsta upplevelsen. - Massor av identitesfrågor vid incheckning utan förklaring av orsak. - Poolen var stängd och kostade extra utan att det informerats. - Båda rummen var smutsiga under sängarna med glas och öronproppar. - Restaurangen var inte öppen. - Båda rummen var kalla och dragiga. Vi försökte höja värmen men det gick inte. Kommer aldrig mer bo där.

Levde inte upp till förväntningarna jämfört priset. Ganska dyrt med tanke på att rummet inte var något speciellt. Rummet var inte så ljudisolerat då man hörde minsta ljud från grannar eller gatan utanför. Gardinerna var knappt mörkläggande som gör att de blir väldigt ljust på rummet direkt när solen går upp. Finns andra hotell som är minst lika bra för halva priset

Hade en positiv vistelse, undantag utbudet av glutenfritt bröd som var några dagar gammalt och det gjorde inte saken bättre att brödrosten inte funderade. Fick nöja mig med inplastat knäckebröd vilket sänkte betyget och intrycket av frukosten.

Superschönes Hotel!

Wir sind zum zweiten mal jetzt in Clarion Sea U als Familie. Das Hotel ist sehr toll. Gute Lage, Gute Service, schöne Zimmer, Sauber, Super Frühstück... Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Einfach toll. Wir würden wieder hin gehen beim nächsten Helsingborg besuch!
