I stayed here on a number of occassions and I was very pleased otherwise I would not have booked, but this time it was evident that although the building is fairly new, noise reduction techniques were not at the list of priorities. Staff were great though!
Firstly I need to state that the staff were fantastic, including the restaurant. They were attentive and well-mannered.
The issues started small and grew.
The EV chargers were not working, considering this being a big selling point to an EV driver on a euro tour this was frustrating, but I am aware of this being a third party problem, however, the booking form should have been updated as apparently, this was an ongoing issue.
The room was not a twin, despite booking one. I was informed that the bed separated easily, this was not the case.
The floor was horrendous, it was filthy, including disgarded medicine, which was a worry when travelling with children.
The bathroom was equally filthy and lacking any shampoo or soap with empty bottles fixed to the wall.The coffee machine, which was completely unusable due to the dirt at the bottom of the water container.
The spa was superb, yet you are charged extra for this.
Room and food were really good.
But what really let it down was the service.
Whilst not always poor on the odd occasion it was really good, usally while ordering from the QR code on the table then it was ok. But service at the bar really let it down.
Hotel was extremely well located - only 600m from Helmond station. Luxury room was very well appointed - spotlessly clean and quite. Thoroughly recommended

Great room, breakfast was awful and choices were limited.
The receptionists were very kind and professional. The only thing I think that could be better is the cleaning. There were a lot of dust in the room and even asking for a cleaning later, they didn’t cleaned.
Lovely room with comfortable bed. Great having a kettle and coffee maker. Wasn't keen on the frosted glass door for the toilet, prefer a bit more privacy. Room was cold and the heating didn't seem to work. (We

You have to pay for everything that you want to use, to use the pool you have to make an appointment and you HAVE to be naked which they did not mention on their website, the staff is so rude and the bedsheets and curtains have stains all over them
Nothing hidden about impolite of the Dutch and that’s totally fine but when it comes to hospitality and service that I paid for, this is totally unacceptable.
Positive things:
Room size of 25m2
Coffee and water heater in the room
The negatives are as following:
1- During checking in you won’t have the room which you have booked already on the platform.
Justification (the rooms shown in the photos are just an example but on reality your room is a lottery based on what the receptionist selects for you)
2- all beds have two separate mattresses and even if you are single or tall and you would like to replace with one big mattress you have to pay extra per night to change the room to superior.
Justification ( this 4 star hotel of almost 150 rooms has no spare double top mattress )
3- Room service isn’t really that good or you have to be in the room to control a good daily cleaning for your room. (When I went to reception to ask for a plastic bag for the trash which the didn’t re-set after taking the rubbish of the previous day, they just passed me a new one with a message of DIY)
I don’t know how this hotel got a 4 star and why?!
However, I do know that it is better to stay home in Amsterdam than spending money in local Dutch vacation with Fletcher group. Definitely any destination worldwide, you will get a better value for the money spent compared to staying in Netherlands with a value much more less for each hour spent.

Disappointing shower
Room is clean, comfortable and not far from the city center but there is no proper table (just coffee table) to work in the room and shower design is totally disappointing. Water directly runs through to room instead of drain.
Room Condition: The condition of the room assigned to me was substandard. The broom provided was in poor condition, and the absence of opening windows compounded by foggy screens hindered visibility outside. This compromised the comfort and enjoyment of my stay.
Housekeeping Service: Despite my expectations, the housekeeping service failed to meet basic standards. The sheets were not changed as per the regular schedule, which is an essential aspect of maintaining hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Parking System: The efficiency of the parking system was lacking. Consistently, I found it necessary to contact reception to gain access to the parking facilities. This inconvenience detracted from the overall experience of my stay.
Room Change Request: On the second day of my nine-day stay, I requested a room change due to the aforementioned issues. However, my request was not accommodated, despite assurances. This lack of responsiveness to guest concerns is disappointing.
Incomplete Billing: Upon checkout, I was dismayed to discover that the invoice provided did not include all the costs associated with my stay. Clarity and transparency regarding charges are essential for maintaining trust and accountability.
