"Some guests (from a sports team) were making a lot of noise in the hallway throughout the night, yelling and banging on doors.The front desk was notified but nothing was done. The room was clean enough but the bathroom was tired and needed to be renovated. The tub didn’t drain well. The water temp was too hot and no one fixed it. The fridge barely worked at all. We had to frequently get new room keys as they wouldn’t work."
