"Our stay at the Hotel was pleasant upon return all through the stay. The entire staff was welcoming and assertive. Pool was clean; however, the pool should be open past 9pm. Coming back from dinner, it would have been nice to have the pool available for a late night swim when the air is warm and the pool is as well. Many guests who met in the pool felt the same way."

"The property was fantastic. Modern, clean, extremely beautiful pool, with beautiful views. Great location. Loved our stay. Only negatives: You can barbecue on the rooftop deck, but the property didn’t provide barbecue tools to cook with. The apartment didn’t provide small things like salt/pepper/spices for cooking - or things like tinfoil or recycling bins. Other than that, it was wonderful, Will definitely, and can’t wait to come back. ❤️"

"What a wonderful and relaxing stay! It was the perfect place to unwind after 7 days at a timeshare resort. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff , especially Rose is amazing! Rose was very friendly and full of local recommendations! The pool and hot tub are a hidden oasis which we really enjoyed after a day of playing tourist. The common area was also very relaxing and the availability of a kitchen was exceptional. Nothing beat the morning coffee and enjoying it outside in the swing! We highly recommend Shangri La!"
