"It’s very convenient since it’s a 2-3 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast is average. Juice is kinda water down but good if you don’t like it to be sweet. It’s a self check-in and you make your own key cards. "

"Absolutely lovely stay at The Leo Grand!! The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, view of the Cathedral out our window. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful with recommendations and booking dinners, especially Nellie. She was amazing!! Would definitely recommend staying here for perfect location and truly wonderful stay in Vienna. "

"Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check‑in, which immediately made the experience feel special. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming. Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious, and the balcony was an unexpected highlight — the view of the city was incredible. The bathroom was also impressively large, with both a bidet and a toilet, which added a nice touch of comfort and convenience. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t speak to the dining options, but everything else about our stay was excellent. We would happily return."
