"Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was very nice very informative. The woman who runs the breakfast was fast and efficient however, when she dropped off the bill, she stated that she didn’t charge us for our daughter (age 7), as if she was doing us a favor. But later on, I realized that kids under 12 eat free."

"Dirty wet towels on the hook behind the door. Hair in the shower and sink. A lot of dirt and dust behind the end tables. Crumbs and such on the wooden bed frame. I booked the room because i wanted simple. I didn't sign up for disgusting. "

"Hot tub was not good, the water was bubbling up so hard it was splashing in our face and was very strong chlorine. Heater in the room was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Tv/cable outdated"
