"Niestety stosunek ceny do jakość pozostawia bardzo wiele do życzenia. Obsługa ok, ale obiekt sam w sobie... szkoda gadać. Generalnie standard bardzo słaby, okropnie niewygodne łóżka, po tych kilku nocach niestety ze względu na komfort snu, a raczej jego totalny brak, wróciłem bardziej zmęczony niż pojechałem... Obiekt niby nowy, bo jeszcze są apartamenty do kupienia, ale wykończenie pod klucz widać zrobione po najmniejszej linii oporu i jak najniższym kosztem. Generalnie - ja na pewno nie wrócę...

"Vi bokade en lägenhet med terrass då det var det allra viktigaste för oss när det kom till boende. Ingen balkong eller terrass även fast det stod så i beskrivningen. Värden ryckte på axlarna och skyllde på hotels.com. Boendet skulle även ha ugn och redskap för matlagning samt hygienprodukter vilket saknades."

"Tolle, ruhige Lage in Strandnähe. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Seebrücke sowie das Zentrum mit diversen Restaurants etc. erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist allerdings überzogen. Wir haben extra diese Unterkunft gewählt, da ein Frühstücksbuffet angeboten wird. Bereits eine Std. vor Ende des Frühstücks sind Basics wie Brötchen, Wurst und Käse leer und wurden auch nur sehr zögerlich nachgefüllt."

"The apartment was modern and comfortable, but wear and tear needs to be addressed. The freezer below the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When we asked for it to be fixed, a non-English speaking gentleman arrived and concluded with the following word: "Service". The problem was that no service was done during our stay, so we stayed there for ten days with a leaking freezer and a towel to stop the flowing over the floor. Management did nothing to fix the leak."

"I booked an apartment for 2 people for 4 nights in July 2025. When we arrived there were only two small towels, out of which one was used (wet and with a large yellowish stain). Also, there was no hairdryer in the apartment. They brought both large and small clean towels and a hairdryer when we asked for them, but they didn't answer the chat and took forever to pick up the phone. Overall an acceptable experience, however cleanliness and communications could be better."

"We had a great stay. Very close to Old Town attractions. The staff are on top with their communications to their clients. The room is clean. Although there are issues about the bathroom. Some nights are quite, expect some bit of noise in the street, if the room is situated on a busy street. But overall we were safe and we love our stay in Happy Stay. "

" This is a TRUE and ACCURATE assessment of my recent stay in Gdansk which is the whole reason for giving reviews. I wasn't informed beforehand that the apartments were surrounded by building sites. Work began at 06:30 where heavy machinery and other noise meant an early wake up call each morning. The only view from my window was other new apartments under construction. See photos below. As a previous reviewer has mentioned I also woke up with bites on my shoulder presumably from bed...
