"The front desk lady was very nice and cheerful and gave a very warm welcome. One issue which they need to improve is the breakfast; we had to eat in a different hotel because the hotel's restaurant was not ready, and the other hotel's breakfast is very limited and they were understaffed, and things took a long time to happen and when an item finished they simply could not replace and told us they were out of it."

"Overall good experience. Room missing a kettle, toilet roll and was missed one day for a room clean. Breakfast buffet could be better. Same everyday. Juice and coffee were poor quality.
