Heimsbrunn Hotels

"Hotel was being refurbished. We were not notified of this at the time of booking. As a result: No secure parking. No restaurant. No bar. No pool/gym/Spa. Had to have breakfast in a local restaurant. Send email to hotels.com that was forwarded to the hotel management which to date has unsurprisingly been ignored."

"Personnel was extraordinary."

"We just got the continental breakfast and it was good. "

"Great service. Pleasant staff."

"Fabulous staff, excellent food, and very clean comfortable rooms."

"This hotel was small but perfect! It was pristine with great amenities; restraint served authentic local cuisine, every recommended dish I tried d was delicious. Location had cute cafes around and hotel was directly across from an art studio which was a pleasant surprise and added bonus. -Sylvia"

"We stayed here for a quick stop in Mulhouse. The setup is very simple and minimal, which was perfect for what we needed. For the price, it’s really hard to beat. The staff was also very welcoming!"

"Our stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience, and we were not satisfied. The refrigerator in our room did not work, so the five of us had to drink warm beverages during our stay. In addition, there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom. These are basic amenities that guests should be able to expect. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel based on our experience."

"Clean Rooms, nice small Pool. On Check in Staff has to do everywhere in the Hotel and is not always on the Check in Counter. So you need to wait until you can enter the check in hall."

"Great hotel fantastic location for main train station trams and city centre"

"Clean, friendly, perfect for one night stay, with plenty of dining options at various prices all within walking distance. (And a few shops just opposite)"
