Self check in worked as reception wasn't available on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Was scary at first as i had never dealt with this, i thought i needed an app called TheBird. Turns out i didn't, a screen in the vestibule enabled creation of a magnetic room key as long as you had your reservation # from hotel email confirmation (not expedia #, the hotel #). Staff was very friendly when i net them the next day and at check out. It all worked flawless, once i figured out the self check in process.

Great stay

FABULOUS hotel. It’s very new so all facilities are fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a supermarket literally next door. Viewing their local castle is a must. Very comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the local Rewe Center. Lovely breakfast. I will be back!

This is a Fabulous place to stay

Fantastic new Hotel. The rooms are spotless, new and clean. My room had a door opening up to the outside so it was really nice to be able to step outside from my room. Staff were super super helpful and nice. Taxi drivers were lovely. The local castle is a must see! Breakfast was AMAZING! But get there earlier rather than later as they don’t seem to re stock items. I will bring a group of people here and stay when I rerun. Walking distance to Rewe shopping .And it’s a big one. Nice place to stay.

Tolle Lage, wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Auch die Innenstadt und das Shopping Center ist nicht weit entfernt. Zimmer war sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Genug Ablageflächen am Waschbecken. Dusche hatte einen guten Wasserdruck und sofort warmes Wasser. Das Frühstück fand ich sehr lecker. Viele verschiedene Sachen und es sah alles frisch aus

Gutes Hotel ohne Serviceleistungen

Wir mussten in dem Hotel selbst einchecken und beim Checkout die Zimmerkarte einfach in ein Körbchen legen. War sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, ganz ohne Personal und Begrüßung und dafür dann doch recht teuer. Das Zimmer war sehr neu, funktional ausgestattet und sauber. Einen richtigen Schrank für Kleidung gab es nicht. Das Frühstück war gut. Es war alles ok, wenn man keinen Wert auf persönlichen Umgang legt, ist das Hotel auch zu empfehlen. Unserer Meinung nach müsste sich die Einsparung von Personal jedoch deutlicher im Preis widerspiegeln. Wir werden nächstes Mal wahrscheinlich wieder ein Hotel mit 24h Rezeption buchen.
