The floors need to be refinished. Room 118. no phone no usb to charge. Over priced for quality. hard bed. It was close to castle and old town walk around. Restaurant. next to it expensive but worth it. Staff super friendly. We had no wifi. couldnt plan our trip for rest of week. they didn offer the town free wifi found out about later. i would choose different next time the cost 223 canadian. just not worth it. lots of stairs.

The room was too warm, the bathroom cold and we could hardly open the windows to get fresh air cause of noise directly under our windows until 2.00 a.m. and from 7.00 a.m. Saturday. The window doesn’t function as well. Hard night!

Avoid staying in their annex.

Started badly with confusion over parking availability, when none was available we were directed to a car park that had closed over a year ago. Main issue was that our room was in an annex, the building being another hotel that had closed. Although the room was pleasant, the entrance and stairway was dark, dismal and depressing. I would only stay here if the room allocated was in their main building.

Et skønt hotel i en skøn by

Super beliggenhed, betjening m.v.

Difficult to reach the hotel because the approach road is being dug up and once you arrive parking is awkward, cramped and expensive. Staff are very good, very efficient but our room could only be reached via a steep set of stairs after the elevator which was difficult with luggage. We’d booked a ‘large’ room which turned out to be about 5m x 5m so the standard ones must be tiny. There were no tea-making facilities, no jug and not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was good and again the staff are lovely, but our one night stay was pretty expensive because breakfast and parking added 40% to the bill. Next time we’ll try somewhere else.
