"The staff seemed to be upset with me when I cancelled our breakfast reservations for the next morning. The next morning when asked if we were eating they were surprised that we weren't even though I had cancelled the night before. No elevator......difficult to carry suitcases up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Wish we would have seen this when searching for a place to stay. Didn't see that this was mentioned when looking at the amenities of the hotel. Staff wasn't very helpful with finding our...

"The breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety and fresh options. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, making check-in and our stay smooth. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend for a great stay! "

"A lovely little hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, rooms were quite basic but very clean and a decent breakfast. We were at a trade fair in Cologne which was very easy to get too as the train station was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and only 3 stops away...very easy and with plenty of restaurants and bars near by would certainly recommend this hotel"
