"Stayed one night while visiting Antwerp. The room was very nice and comfortable. The check in are with it's attached dining tables are unusual but lovely. Above everything else, the two hostesses that interacted with me were very hospitable with top level customer service!!! 5 stars++ for them easily."

"The cleaning staff was exceptional. Our room was tidy every day. The desk staff was available to answer questions. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked and smelled delectable. The location, while away from the train stations is located near the Grote Markt and the heart of the central city. "

"The room was quite small with paper thin walls, could hear the neighbors and was on the same level as a parking lot so people were loud out there too. I did stay on NYE and New Year's Day and the whole city was shut down Jan 1, including housekeeping apparently. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not far from the Grote Markt."
