"We came here last minute after our original hotel was a complete catfish. This hotel was so clean, spacious, everyone was so nice, the breakfast was good, pool/spa was clean and close to the rooms. Overall great experience and would come back 100%"

"Attendant walked into the front desk area a few minutes after I did. We had reserved two rooms, when we walked into one room it had not been cleaned, honestly felt like we walked into someone’s room so we hurried out and went back to the front desk and requested/received a new room then left for dinner. When we got back to both rooms, I noticed the shower in the room we hadn’t checked initially was not clean. Won’t mention details but you can imagine. The bldg was aged and could/should have been renovated, okay fine. The rooms were not cleaned and shouldn’t have been assigned. It was one night stay, not vacation and thought “been to Motel6 before why not? Never any issues,,,”. Heads up, make sure to inspect rooms when you first walk into them. Pretty certain I won’t be staying in any Motel 6 again."

"The bed was horrible! We were so sore in the morning that we didn’t even end up doing what we had planned for the day."

"Our stay was disappointing from the beginning. We arrived about 40 minutes early to check in, but the front desk was having issues with their system. We were told they had just switched to a new system, which was causing delays. Unfortunately, we had to get out of line multiple times and were not finally checked in until after 4 PM. Once we got to the room, there were several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. The bathroom had visible mildew/mold around the shower areas, dirty vents, rust and buildup on fixtures, damaged caulking, and signs of poor upkeep. The room also had stained/scuffed walls, worn furniture, and areas that did not appear properly cleaned or maintained. Staff did offer to clean the room further or move us after we reported the issues, which we appreciated, but by then we had already unpacked and settled in, making it very inconvenient to switch rooms. Overall, for the price paid, the experience did not meet expectations. I feel some type of discount, partial refund, or accommodation would have been appropriate considering both the delayed check-in and the condition of the room. Hopefully management improves both the customer service process and room quality moving forward."

"We checked in close to midnight. Staff was helpful and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed the breakfast which got us up and running. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again when coming to town. "
