"Breakfast is good. Gym is decent for workout people, it has enough weights, treadmill, bike and elliptical. I have stayed there multiple times. So far, the staff has been friendly and I don't have any issues for the price. For me the location is good, lots of restaurants, etc."

"I could hear loud noises from next door and top even someone showering. I reserved through Expedia and there was no parking fees involved. When I was checking out, they said they subtracted $10 for parking. I informed them that I wasn't aware of that, even when checking in. I was informed it's on the website. I didn’t book directly with hilton - Well maybe let that third party companies have parking as part of of check out process. Little things like this matter. Customer Service is important. And when someone complains, the least you can do is be empathetic. Telling someone it's on the website with no acknowledgement or empathy, doesn't look good. "

"I always have a great stay at Hyatt House every time I have stayed there; however, there was one complaint: I booked two beds and received a king. I believe it's a mishap on their end. The room was actually great! The breakfast was great, and the property was great as well. The staff provided excellent customer service. The price was great! Overall, it was a good stay with a minor mishap. "

"Clean rooms and staff super helpful. I had issues at another property i paid for in advance bc i had my deposit in cash and they stopped taking cash after a certain hour. I had to book and pay for another hotel. I called the front desk and they accepted my cash deposit with no issue. Super helpful and respectful. "

"The room was clean,the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was excellent and air conditioning was extremely cold. I would definitely stay at thus location again. Not to mention the breakfast was outstanding."
