"The rooms are clean. The staff is missing much of the time when you try and go to the office. The breakfast they give could be much better the coffee is cold and the waffle batter was out by 7:30 AM. No staff to ask about this. The bathroom in the apartment kitchenette doesn't have any kind of a sink console or table to put your stuff on. Only a small shelf by the mirro very very small. The kitchenette in the room could be better the microwave isn't even stable. The drawers don't open and nothing stocked no type of paper towel or even napkins available. Also even though it's listed as pet friendly. They tried to charge me an extra $20/day for my french bulldog. I ended up paying only $10/day for my small dog that stays in a stroller most of the time. So this fee should have been listed. I paid an extra $20 for two days above what I paid orbitz."

"Luz was the best. We live in South Florida and my wife and l were moving our things out of a nearby storage unit all morning long in Avon Park. Finished around 1:30 pm. We asked Luz if we could check in at 2pm, she checked our assigned room, but it was not ready. She said, don’t worry we will get you a different room, she did and we were able to check in, take shower and relax instead of waiting until 3 pm to check in! Luz’s the best!!!!!"
