"Staff was amazing! "

"While the staff was accommodating and friendly, we encountered issues with the elevator not working properly, and then a major plumbing problem that flooded the first floor. There was also no water in the spa. Any other time I would have given it another star in each catergory."

"I booked the Hot tub room through Expedia and got told I booked through a third party so they gave away my room for the night to someone else. Called me 20 minutes before check in. Not the workers fault - but upset that I didn’t get the room that was the whole reason why I booked there. What’s the point of Expedia if it’s not going to work."

"The water was plenty hot but it took long to fill. It would be better if the water pressure from the faucet was stronger. Other than that it would good. "

"Parking was easy and safe, the staff were very friendly, my room was clean except for the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling and around the tub, I had to buy mg own toilet paper, I never had room service, been using the same towel all weekend, there was signs everywhere saying No Smoking yet from the elevator you could smell nothing but weed in the entire hallway. "
