All the staff cheerful, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Great choice for a cooked breakfast with hot plates, and plenty of other options breakfast wise too. Quiet even though near a main road. Would definitely recommend this hotel and l wouldn`t hesitate to stay here again. I booked the Birch Hotel as it was in a central location for a couple of days of visiting nearby Gardens ie Borde Hill, Leonardslee and Wakehurst Place, so glad l did. "
