The best part of our stay was the staff and the beds. They were very friendly to me and my kids. The breakfast was good both days and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The let down was the cleanliness of the room the broken elevator that weekend. The pool tiles in the hot tub were falling off but didn’t ruin the stay.

Parking is not friendly. Pool is not heated. Just a fact, not a complaint. Hottub leaves a lot to be desired. Overall clean, breakfast is great - might suggest cooling that area, it was hot and muggy so we ate in our room. Room was awesome - i suggested they clean the jettub better, jets were fine just specks of stuff on the tub walls. House keeping came in and cleaned on the second day which we appreciated but we were under the impression we had to request it, so we hadnt cleaned up our belongings.
