"Der Grund, dass wir in diesen Ort kommen, ist das Thermalwasser, was ja eins der besten auf der Welt sein soll. Leider hat schon der Start schlecht begonnen. Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, Kühlschrank defekt (zweimal ausgetauscht), nicht ausreichend Tücher und Minibar komplett leer. Nach Reklamation haben wir alles bekommen und funktionierte. Wir sind mit 3 Familien dahin gegangen um die Thermalbäder zu nutzen (wegen gesundheitlicher Gründe). Das Thermalbad für Männer war aber nicht warm, so...
