Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, Kühlschrank defekt (zweimal ausgetauscht), nicht ausreichend Tücher und Minibar komplett leer. Nach Reklamation haben wir alles bekommen und funktionierte. Wir sind mit 3 Familien dahin gegangen um die Thermalbäder zu nutzen (wegen gesundheitlicher Gründe). Das Thermalbad für Männer war aber nicht warm, so...
