I make one suggestion: provide chairs, umbrellas, and towels for guests who want to visit the beach, even if there’s a small charge. "

"This hotel is overrated on Hotels.com and not worth £100 per night. The first room was inadequately cleaned, and the shower tap was broken. The second room was also not properly cleaned, so we requested a refund and checked out at midnight. Hopefully, the refund will be processed in the morning."
