"Here’s a more polished and professional version that still conveys your disappointment:
It was my first time in London, and I chose this hotel primarily because of its excellent location, which did not disappoint. The hotel itself has great potential, and the facilities were enjoyable.
Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the service at the front desk. I found several staff members to be unprofessional and unhelpful, which made what should have been an exciting trip much less enjoyable.
It’s a shame because the hotel and its location are truly great. With better customer service and a more welcoming attitude from the reception team, this could be an outstanding place to stay.
I sincerely hope management takes steps to improve the guest experience, as the staff’s behavior left such a negative impression that I would hesitate to return despite all the hotel’s positive qualities."
"The view is amazing. My daughter had a larger window rm933 with a Tower Bridge view that was spectacular. The only challenge was trying to keep the room cool. They offer fans which is helpful. I had a corner room that was smaller with a smaller window. It didn’t seem to get as hot and had the same great view. Rm953 we all agreed the view was worth it! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was always very helpful"
"The property is undergoing renovations. However, that does not explain why.My television did not work in my room. And my shower was spraying all over the place. The night staff tried to be helpful, but the day staff really didn't seem to be particularly concerned about these issues at all. Also I arranged for light checkout and still had people knocking on my door multiple times before I left. I expected that if I had an issue, it would be noise from the renovations, but that wasn't an issue. Also, this hotel charges for a lot of things that traditionally hotels have offered as a complimentary part of a stay like holding onto your luggage before and after your stay. I would not stay here again."
"The Radisson Blu was perfectly located for arrival at Heathrow by coach, and departure early the following morning by plane from Terminal 2. There's a convenient Hoppa Bus for shuttle service. Online reservations were easy, choice of floors for the room a plus and check in was fast. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The Radisson Blu was clean and well-maintained, and the room was ready. There was an excellent bar and restaurant for relaxing after the trauma of the travel into London, and in preparation for the early start and long day following. Highly recommended, very satisfied guest."
