"Modern refurbished hotel in a great location on the edge of Kensington Gardens. Lovely room, comfortable bed, and great service throughout. The only minor points were no iron/boards in rooms and lack of dressing mirror near a power socket in the room. Overall, we loved it."

"The location of this hotel is incredible. The views of the Tower bridge breathtaking. The food, the drinks, everything’s walkable — I can’t say enough about it. But, the rooms were a bit outdated. I do know that they were in the middle of a remodel so I have a feeling some of the outdated things are being addressed. All in all, I would stay here again. Very nice."

"All the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was very nice and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again. I would say the only downside was the lack of closet space for hanging clothes and lacked any storage space in the bathroom. We had to get inventive."
