"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided.
Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Lovely little room with everything you might want … and nice bathroom which was much bigger than expected. Very convenient for visiting our daughter in Earlsfield and quiet overnight. We can recommend the cafe downstairs for a healthy breakfast "

"Great location for British Museum, Tottenham Court Road, main railway stations, Northern & Piccadilly Tube lines. Easy check in and clean rooms. Very busy cosmopolitan hotel but still quiet nights sleep. Nice choice of pub or cafe at entrance. Would stay again if in London. Any small complaint/ issue would be lack of AC (my visit during heatwave) and lack of any seating in reception area."
"The location is wonderful especially since there is a ferry service & all types of public transport available close by on either side of the Thames. The property is very quirky & cute & very Euro, from this American’s perspective (a compliment, to be sure). Breakfast is quite a convenience. Rooms are very clean! I was there during the heat wave so the temp in the rooms was the only discomfort, but the place is so charming, I can overlook it and definitely stay again!"
"Great location within walking distance to Buckingham palace, Royal Mews, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Great restaurants near by and a self serve market for sandwich and drinks across the street. Clean rooms, great showers and quiet."
"The hotel itself is in a great location and it has everything you need it’s clean and the staff are nice. However I will say it’s pretty basic inside, and I didn’t think the no window would bother me but I did a little. However I knew it was a windowless room when I booked. The beds are uncomfortable and you have to pay for extras you’d typically get for free in other hotels. For example I had a late train home and they charge you £15 per item to use the luggage room. Usually I wouldn’t bother but it was the hottest day of the year and didn’t want to carry my bags round London for the day until I had my train home
However overall for the price you pay for the middle of London it has all you need really being a bed to sleep in and a place to shower although very basic inside."
"Rooms were clean and staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was okay for the promotion price at the time.
Location was convenient with good shopping access and very close to metro with convenient train lines. "
"I had a great stay at Otherwander and I will absolutely stay here again when I next find myself in London! I loved how comfy the bed was and the facilities were super clean.
The following are my minor nitpicks:
-The QR scanners across the hotel are quite inconsistent
-The cost of renting extra towels felt quite steep to me (£5 a towel) but this may be standard in London? Where I'm from, extra towels are usually free so I wasn't expecting this
-The pods could benefit from extra soundproofing. If anyone is in the hallway they can be heard walking and talking from inside the pods. The pod doors need to be shut quite firmly, and I felt very conscious about leaving my pod at certain hours incase I woke people by shutting my door.
-The pods could benefit from one extra shelf. The existing shelf and storage pocket (on the left side) get completely full with 1 very small suitcase, 1 pair of shoes and a bottled drink. I understand that this may be to encourage you to use their luggage storage facilities, but I really prefer the privacy of being able to store my belongings with me at all times.
-The shower rooms would benefit from a shelf to pop toiletries on for people that have difficulty bending to pick them up, however the hotel does provide free shampoo and shower gel in holders on the wall, so this only applies to personal toiletries
-The thermostats in the pods can't be lowered below 19c, I like sleeping cold so this was a bit saddening on the 30c days during my stay"
