"Made a reservation using Expedia Friday morning. I tried calling several times within an hour of arriving within the advertised lobby hours but no one answered. When I got there no one was in the lobby and a posted sign said they were sold out so I had to find another hotel, the nearest of which which had openings was 50 minutes away."

"This place is the best hotel to stay in chadron. I've stay at most and this is by far the best. Clean, staff friendly and helpful, you get what you pay for. Is you can afford it, stay here, you'll be much happier. And I'm a cheap kind of guy, but after staying in many of the other hotels over the years, I'll pay the extra here. Well worth it"
