"This was an excellent unit with great amenities. A short walk to the CBD and across the road from the beach. Fantastic to get two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms, plus a giant spa bath, two heat pumps and three tvs, plus a kitchenette for the price that we paid on the winter special rate! Nice touches like local ground coffee was supplied and there was even a tea pot. We felt very spoilt. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. Very comfortable beds and awesome showers. Would definitely return."

"5 star in every way, this art deco experience is accommodation in another creative level far different from any other hotel. We stayed in the Mark Twain Suite and wow. We wont ever stay at another hotel when we visit Napier. Highly Recommend to any travellers, it wont dissapoint. Amazing restaurant and bar down stairs as well."

"Spotlessly clean room, recently renovated. Spa pool was amazing. A bit odd checking in at the motel next door, but it was easy and the staff were lovely. Overall a great stay for a great price."

"This hotel has a secure parking garage underneath it. Safe access by lift or stairs to their reception desk & to rooms. There is also a luggage trolly at reception if you need it. The staff are very pleasant & helpful & the rooms are very clean. We had a lovely ocean view from our spacious room with a very comfortable king sized bed. There is a lovely local café below the hotel for breakfast & lunch, which is accessable from level 1 in the hotel. Ideal on those cold wet days. The location is brilliant. There are so many café & restaurants very close by. There's also a play area for children just across the road on the seaside. A local superet, book shop, a fabulous interior design store, chemist, women's clothing, gift shop, hair salon & movie theater are a 3 minute walk away. There's also a lovely walk around the waterfront. There is something for everyone in this village like location. We love staying here."
