Very clean. Great food and a decent bar. 7kW EV chargers. Very easy walk to the Green Dragon pub and Hardraw Force after dinner. Low carb options a bit lacking if you’re diabetic or doing a keto diet but that’s normal and I guess demand is low.

Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation.
