Well, the town of Haver is quite small with actually, nothing much to offer. They do have a lovely university which our granddaughter attended and graduated from the hotel. Staff is very friendly the beds were great. Unfortunately the town water system was polluted and no one could use the water without boiling it first. We were given bottled water for drinking and use anytime we wanted it.

The room was nice minus the rather large yellow stain on the floor. The staff was friendly asking us how the room was when we got in. We enjoyed the access to hot cocoa, tea or coffee. Our room was close to the elevator & doors for easy parking & entrance/exit. We overheard other guests say You are allowed pets however you cannot leave them in the rooms when you leave. They would not have brought their dogs knowing that.

We arrived at 11:15pm On 12-6-23 ,a lady named "Emily" ( or so she said her name was) was mean and extremely unhelpful. I had to call Hotels.com, they were extremely helpful to me with her. They called her,she was rude and unhelpful to them also. They refunded my money because this night auditor was so rude. When they hung up with her, she proceeded to tell me that "she can't even understand foreigners! And mumble other racial slurs. I've never had a front desk human be so nasty. They are usually over helpful. Never go here. It the Best Western with the casino attached.
