"First room we stayed had no towels, pillows and all floors warped. One spot of floor when you walked on it dog s urinate came up. Room smelled badly.if I called the health service they will closed your hotel down or just that room only. Finally I can't stand the diguistung smell and at night I went to the office I asked to change room. Good enough there was a room available few doors down. Better but outdated. Hotel need a big makeover. "

"Filthy. Drug infested. Room was gross with water pouring out of toilet and bugs. Smelled. Very unsafe. DONT BOOK here. I was exhausted and I’m usually flexible. This was too gross so I left within minutes and requested money back from front door manager. Stayed on phone the whole time because of fear(not like me). Yes it was that bad.WORST place I’ve ever been too."

"First of all, the pictures shown are not updated, the hotel says and shows a common area with tables and TV...that is non existent, it was removed after COVID. If you want this hotel bevause of the direct access to the beacj dont book it, the access is closed...there is no beach walking distance from the hotel. Because there is erosion...no sand at the beach and the city is doing some renovations until May. When I called the hotel before my due date to cancel to ask for chair and access to the beach nobody told me it was closed. The TV in oir room was not working, they said the internet connection in that room gives trouble, so we could not watch TV. The last night of our stay we noticed thatnthe door of our room did not closed properly...you can open it just by pushing it. Cannot complain about the staff , they where really nice and the hotel was clean...a little rusty...needs some care but it was clean. I could not cancel because they still will charge me."

"Hotel is very dirty and loud. You will not be able to sleep, due to all the loud people and trucks driving around. There was mold inside and the mattress was aweful. You would be better off sleeping in your car"

"ocean beach and pool is good , but the room is not recommended , too old for everything and the bed has sound, I didn’t sleep well"

"The staff is super professional and friendly. My smoke detector kept going off as if it needed a battery and the Manager came immediately to fix it. It is great for its value and I appreciate the management."
