"Beautiful expansive property with the most welcoming and helpful staff. Taj never disappoints."

"Best hotel in havelock with great architecture and great hospitality"

"we had two rooms. with family. stayed for 2 days. it was off-peak season so relatively quiet. Had much of the beach to ourselves which was amazing. staff arranged for early check-in and late check-out. very enjoyable. The beach was clean but not pristine. There were some scattered plastic containers/trash which can be more proactively cleaned up by the hotel cleaning crew. Had two meals here and they were awesome really. Rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Sort of at a level of a 3-star...

"Beach side is the best catch for this place"

"The hotel welcome is wonderfull. The made the room was made available earlier. But our cottage was opposite a building site, the hotel seems to be expanding building new rooms, this was never , mentioned when booking, so the noise was hard to tolerate. "Yes the room felt neglected, the staff was not smiling and there was no hot water. For the price they charge there should be at leat hot water. "

"Lovely staff, lovely property. Even the food was amazing. Can't wait to visit again"

"5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. "

".great stay for a couple of nights"

"Room was spacious and clean. The only problem was that there was no wifi in the room and mobile internet was also very weak. I had to come to reception area everytime if I have to use internet. "

"When we reached the hotel they moved us to a different hotel. They said that we do not have enough rooms here and they told us to go to Orient resort which was around 1 km away from there. It was very frustrating because e had so much luggage and we had to move from one place to another. Even though I did the booking months in advance!"

"The location of the hotel is really lovely and pleasant on the shores of the beach/sea, but the rooms given to us were in conditions, worth for zero rating on any count, except the sitout area. But the staff are good and very responsive. The restaurant and the breakfast was just o.k. We booked online two rooms called VIP rooms. But in the hotel management view, that might be ' VIP = Very Inferior People'. That was the conditions of the rooms we were allocated. Nothing more to say on it. Against...
