"This hotel is more like a cheap motel. The amenities are all the way rundown, the cleanliness of the rooms including the property were FILTY. I was overcharged for asking for a parking lot room, the staff acted as if it was a huge problem when asked for new bath towels. The breakfast that was provided was gross, and the kitchen staff were grouchy. I absolutely wouldn’t stay here ever again. "

"Many of the elevators and ice machines were not working. Our A/C didn't work nor was repaired. Need more lay-back chairs at the pool."

"Stayed one night on our visit to Lake Havasu. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay. The staff were welcoming and the property well maintained. The highlight of our visit was the pool, clean, refreshing and not overly crowded. Would recommend this location to everyone."

"The desk chair surface has been chipped, and was scribbled. It looks dirty. That is still okay for me because I can use the other chair. The worst thing is, the only faucet doesn't function, I would describe the water flow as dripping. This property needs a lot of improvement."
