Discover the best in old Havana!! so far after 6 visits in 2 years never will book and look another hotel , staff super super friendly , highly recommended , great experience !! Design of the rooms is internationally very unique love it so much !!

This hotel is super. It has a to. Of stairs to get to the room so if you are not able bodied it might be a bad idea. The hotel is a little ways off of the main plaza area and is slightly sketchy. With that said …. All of Cuba is slightly sketchy. It is very close to the consulate of Spain. I would stay here agin for sure if I ever went back to Havana which I likely wont.

My friend, Ingrid and I were so excited to go to Havana. The Morro VIP was amazing!!! We loved everyone at the “hotel.” Melissa and her friends who worked there were so helpful and the location was perfect.

I would not recommend staying at this property, it wasn’t in a safe area, the front door to the hotel was not secure and left open. The toilet was in the middle of the room with no doors as was the shower and was filthy. The beds were all broken and dirty, so we left! We didn’t even want to stay one night.

My wife and I had a great time at VIP Morro. The staff, especially Melisa, made us feel right at home with complementary cocktails and were very accommodating. The property is conveniently located next to el prado, which is walking distance from old Havana. Many restaurants and museums nearby. The space is super comfortable and we would happily stay there again the next time we visit.

I chose this accommodation because I liked the mix of the old building with original features with the ultra modern twist. Melissa was the receptionist for the majority of our stay and she was delightful, we also met Cynthia and she was lovely too. There were a few other members of staff who were also very friendly and helpful. I’m glad I chose this delightful hotel, it was within easy walking distance to our favourite restaurants etc

Belle chambre mais située sous le rooftop de l’hôtel où se situe un bar de nuit, difficile de dormir le week-end. De plus nous avons eu un pb de Reservation 2 adultes et un enfant avec expedia et a l’arrivée un seul lit, la réceptionniste a essayé de nous arranger mais le propriétaire a refusé et voulais nous faire payer un lit de plus, à 150€ la nuit (pas très calme) c’est très décevant.
