"The beds are good. The street is calm. The staff is nice and speaks english atop of german. The Phantasia Land shuttle is near. The parking (10 euros per night) is not far, but is a bit difficult with 5 meters cars. "The staff was very friendly, the Elevator was not working when we arrived, so the staff helped us carried our 2 big luggage to the 2nd! It is a old style Hotel, but very nice and cozy , and great location! Next to the Christmas market! I will come back and stay when I visit Brühl next time!"

"Beautiful hotel, which had a huge flood disaster back in 2021, they have done amazingly well to rebuild from. Only issue is, they have a staffing problem in the evenings at the moment so cant provide a dinner service, they did put on a free snack buffet, but we needed more so drove 3 minutes to the neighbouring town to get some dinner. Otherwise a great hotel. With a selection of treats and fruit available all day."
