"it's a very tired house with no real refurbishment in the last 20 years. I suppose that its condition reflects the price but still there should be a minimum of confort. The door is locked by a padlock, no bedtime lights, no power by the desk, the fridge cannot be connected because the socket is different, you can hear the neighbours through the ventialtion system, no soap and shampoo in the bathroom - just a hands liquid soap.
